What are seeds?

In Rejoy, seeds stand for mindful time you spend in activities — meditation, yoga, work, family, and more. Each session plants seeds that grow as you keep practicing.

When you Rejoy (meditate with the seeds you’ve planted), they activate and become part of your rhythm.

The number in the header is the total seeds planted by the whole Rejoy community — a live snapshot of shared progress. It updates about every minute.
