This Privacy Policy describes how Rejoy (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use our mobile application and related services. By using Rejoy, you agree to this policy.
1. What we collect
- Account & sign-in: If you sign in (e.g. Sign in with Apple), we may receive identifiers and profile data allowed by that provider.
- Content you create: Activity types, dedications, photos you add (e.g. altar), and similar inputs you choose to save.
- Subscription status: If you purchase Rejoy Pro, we may receive purchase and entitlement information from Apple and our subscription infrastructure so we can unlock paid features and provide support.
- Usage, diagnostics & product analytics: We may collect technical data (device type, app version, crash logs) and app interaction data, including session replay or heatmap-style analytics through Microsoft Clarity, to understand usability, improve Rejoy, and keep the app reliable and secure. Sensitive input fields are intended to be masked from these recordings.
2. How we use information
We use data to provide features (sync, reminders, sharing, groups), improve the product, fix bugs, comply with law, and communicate with you about support or important updates.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who help us host, authenticate, manage subscriptions, provide analytics such as Microsoft Clarity, or operate the app (under strict terms), or when required by law. Features you use explicitly (e.g. sharing a badge) may show information you choose to others.
4. Storage & security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
5. Retention
We keep information as long as needed to run Rejoy and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account where applicable; some data may be retained as required by law.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
7. Children
Rejoy is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal data from young children.
8. International transfers
If data is processed in countries other than yours, we take steps consistent with applicable law (e.g. appropriate safeguards).
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change; continued use after updates means you accept the revised policy.
