These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Rejoy mobile application and related services (“Rejoy”, “we”, “us”). By using Rejoy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. The service
Rejoy is a personal practice and activity-tracking tool. Features may include timers, journaling-style dedications, reminders, optional social or group features, and sharing of progress. We may update, change, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where appropriate.
To improve reliability and usability, Rejoy may use analytics tools, including Microsoft Clarity, to understand how the app is used. These tools may record app interactions for product analysis, with sensitive input fields intended to be masked. More details are available in our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you sign in (e.g. via Apple or another provider), you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Rejoy: no unlawful content, harassment, attempts to break security, scraping or overload of our systems, or use that violates others’ rights. We may suspend access for violations.
4. Your content
You retain rights to content you submit (e.g. text, images). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve Rejoy. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.
5. Rejoy Pro subscriptions
Rejoy may offer optional paid features through an auto-renewable subscription, such as Rejoy Pro Monthly. The subscription title, duration, price, and included features are shown in the app before purchase.
Purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. We cannot cancel an App Store subscription on your behalf. If a free trial or promotional offer is available, any unused portion may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
Subscription access may unlock features such as voice dedications, unlimited moments, custom activities, full calendar history, shareable stickers, Personal Altar, monthly recaps, and insights. Available features may change over time.

6. Disclaimers
Rejoy is provided “as is”. It is not medical or therapeutic advice. For health concerns, consult a qualified professional. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rejoy and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for Rejoy in the twelve months before the claim (or, if none, fifty euros).
8. Changes
We may revise these Terms. We will post the updated date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
